DUMBBELLS

This dumbbell program is all-inclusive--an intense combination of upper and lower body strength, core exercises, explosive power training and cardio intervals.  Dumbells are a perfect way to improve balance and coordination  and build functional strength at the same time.

Kettlebells are one of the best tools on the planet for building functional strength, boosting cardio capacity and developing full-body movement skills. This high-intensity program will teach you the fundamentals of kettlebell training and help you achieve all of your fitness goals.

CUSTOM EQUIPMENT

Do you have a full home gym?  Or maybe a TRX, a couple random resistance bands and a stability ball? Matt can lead you through a program based on the equipment you have at your disposal and the results that you want to achieve.  This option requires a customized program package.
