Matt has a over a decade of experience in health and fitness. During this time has he has had the opportunity to coach a broad range of fitness modalities and to work with just about every type of person on the human spectrum. His genuine passion and enthusiasm for what he does has translated to a consistent track record of success with his clients no matter what their individual goals or needs are.
To Matt, health and fitness exist on a spectrum. He believes that for a program to be successful it must reflect that. A balanced training regimen, proper nutrition, hydration, daily activity, quality sleep, stress management--these must all come together to help us achieve our true potential.

Matt doesn't waste his clients time with things that only have the "appearance" of fitness: standard cardio, toning exercises or calorie restricted diets. He approaches every situation with the knowledge gained by his years of experience and builds his programs on life-tested methods he personally believes in.
