The Elements program will turn you into a better, faster, stronger human being.  Each session will help you build a foundation of strength with functional lifting, boost your cardio baseline with high intensity training, and teach you how to move better.

Elements is targeted group training for people who are truly interested in improving their strength, performance, and movement.  It will provide you with:

- a structured program design that increases functional strength and improves movement patterns

- individualized instruction and coaching

- shorter, higher intensity efforts that are more in line with human biology

 

- variation within a consistent framework that promotes improvement over time
